When you’re booking Your tattoo you will be required to pay a deposit

to secure the date of your appointment,

if you don’t pay a deposit then you will not have an appointment

and we will offer that date up to someone else. 

You can pay your deposit by paying cash at the studio or by bank transfer. 

Your deposit will come off the overall price of your tattoo. 

You only need to pay the minimum deposit amount which we will discuss with you.

If you choose to pay more to take it off your overall price before your session

and you don’t show up or cancel your appointment you will lose all the amount you have paid

so we suggest you just pay the minimum amount that has previously been discussed with you.

You may rearrange your tattoo appointment once using the deposit you have already paid,

after that a new deposit will be needed.

 24 Hours notice minimum will be required to rearrange your tattoo appointment.

All deposits are non refundable

Deposits for a full day tattoo appointment may be £100+

Your deposit is simply to secure your date,

it does not mean that once you have paid a deposit

we will start your drawing or send you drawings of your tattoo.

We have families and other appointments/commitments so please be patient.

We will send you an idea of your tattoo closer to the time of your appointment

and you will be able to make small adjustments at this time so we know you are happy to go ahead.

if you come to your appointment

and decide you are not happy with the design after you have agreed

then a new appointment will need to be made. 

Cancellations

If you don’t show up for your tattoo appointment

then you will automatically lose your deposit,

we will under no circumstance give you any refunds

so make sure you are 100% free for the date of your appointment. 

If you need to cancel your tattoo appointment

please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice

as this will allow us to offer your time slot to someone else

and allow you to rearrange your appointment.

If you don’t rearrange your tattoo appointment within 7 days of cancellation

we will presume you no longer want your tattoo/piercing appointment

and you will forfeit your deposit.

If you fail to show up for tattoo appointments on more than several occasions

then we may refuse to book you back in for any other tattoo/piercing appointments.

We will not tattoo you if you have sunburn,

if you come to your appointment with sunburn

then We will look at rearranging your appointment when your skin has healed

and when we are available to tattoo you.

Some skin conditions, medical conditions and medicines

can prevent you from getting a tattoo so please consider this before paying your deposit.

Any Touch Ups That Are To Be Done To Your Tattoo

Must Be Booked Within 3 Months Of Your Original Appointment

And Will Be At The Discretion Of iink Studios.

After This Time Period A Set Up Charge Of £30+ May Be Required.
