Your gift card should be kept safe and treated as if it is money as we will not replace it if it is lost, stolen or damaged.

Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.

All gift cards will be valid for 6 months from the date written on them.

No change will be given from your gift card.

Your gift card can only be redeemed by one person, you cannot share your gift card.

Certain medical conditions and medications can prevent your from being able to get a tattoo/piercing so please be aware of this before buying a gift certificate. If you are unsure ask.

You can use your gift card as a deposit towards your appointment but will be subject to the terms and conditions of the deposit policy.
